Paid Media Account Manager | Fully remote (UK) | £30,000 to £40,000

We're working with an award-winning UK search marketing agency to find their next Paid Media Account Manager.

They've been at this for over 17 years, with an impressive client list, their trophy cabinet is in good health too, with recent wins at the European and UK Search Awards, plus shortlists across the Content & PR Awards and Global Digital PR Awards.

What makes this one interesting: they're genuinely building their own AI tools and automations rather than just talking about it. If you're the sort of person who'd rather automate the reporting grind than repeat it every month, you'll fit.

The role

You'll run Google Ads and Meta campaigns across your own portfolio of client accounts, own the relationships behind them, and sit alongside their SEO, Content and Digital PR teams on joined-up strategies. Expect QBRs, new business pitches, product feed work for eCommerce accounts, and cross-channel analysis using GA4, platform data and CRM. Reports into the Head of Paid Media.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
