About Vervaunt
Are you a paid media professional who wants to own accounts, drive real outcomes, and work with a team that takes the craft seriously?
Vervaunt is looking for a Paid Media Consultant to join our growing agency and take the lead on campaign delivery, optimisation, and client relationships across a portfolio of ambitious brands.
Vervaunt is a performance marketing agency built around expertise. We work with some of the most exciting brands in e-commerce and retail, delivering paid media strategies that are genuinely connected to commercial outcomes.
We are a team that cares about doing excellent work, learning constantly, and supporting each other to grow.
The Role
As a Paid Media Consultant at Vervaunt, you will own the day-to-day delivery of paid media campaigns across your accounts. You will be the person clients rely on: the one who understands their goals, communicates with clarity and confidence, and drives the kind of outcomes that build long-term relationships.
This is not a support role. You will lead client calls, manage budgets, own reporting, and bring strategic thinking to everything you do. You will also play an active part in the wider team, mentoring junior members and contributing to how we work as an agency.
What you will be doing
Client-centred
- Leading client calls and owning the relationship day to day, managing expectations and building confidence through clear, thoughtful communication
- Delivering monthly and quarterly performance reviews, articulating results in a way that is clear and compelling
- Sending daily performance updates and weekly highlights to clients, keeping them informed and engaged
- Owning call agendas and follow-up notes, delegating actions where appropriate and tracking delivery through to completion
- Producing weekly reports by 2pm, focused on key takeaways and actionable next steps
- Managing and monitoring account pacing and daily optimisations, communicating changes and trends alongside strategic recommendations
- Ensuring all new campaigns are activated on time, to brief, and with thorough quality assurance
- Leading the test and learn approach across your accounts and sharing performance learnings with the team and clients
- Owning daily optimisations and providing feedback and guidance to junior team members on their suggestions

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
