Are you a commercially minded Paid Media specialist who enjoys going beyond campaign execution to influence strategy, performance and client growth? We're working with a rapidly growing B2B marketing agency looking for an experienced Paid Media Consultant to join its specialist Paid Media, SEO, Organic Social and Marketing Science team.
This is a senior role where you'll have real ownership of client campaigns, helping develop cross-channel strategies, analysing performance and turning data into meaningful commercial recommendations. You'll also play an important role in driving innovation across the team, particularly through the intelligent use of AI and automation.
You'll lead the delivery and optimisation of high-impact paid media campaigns for a portfolio of B2B clients. You'll work across multiple platforms and collaborate closely with Account Management, Creative, SEO, CRM, Data and Marketing Science teams to deliver integrated campaigns that generate measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop integrated, cross-channel paid media strategies aligned to B2B client objectives.
- Lead campaign setup, management and optimisation across:
- Google Ads
- Microsoft Ads
- Meta Ads
- LinkedIn Ads
- Reddit Ads and/or Spotify Ads
- Analyse campaign and CRM data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Translate complex performance data into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Ensure effective lead capture, tracking and attribution across the sales funnel.
- Work with Data and MarTech specialists to improve campaign measurement and CRM integration.
- Review and QA campaign setups, audience builds and reporting.
- Present campaign performance, insights and strategic recommendations to senior client stakeholders.
- Contribute to quarterly business reviews and strategic planning.
- Collaborate with Account Management, SEO, Creative and Marketing Science teams.
- Identify new paid media opportunities, platforms, testing strategies and emerging trends.
- Explore and implement AI tools to improve campaign performance and team efficiency.
- Support the Head of Department with process improvements and best-practice development.
- Mentor and support other members of the paid media team.

What We're Looking For
You'll ideally have:
- 3+ years' paid media experience, preferably within a B2B agency or performance marketing environment.
- Strong hands-on experience across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
- Experience with at least one of Reddit Ads or Spotify Ads.
- A strong understanding of B2B marketing funnels.
- Experience connecting paid media activity with CRM and marketing automation platforms, such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Proven experience using AI within paid media campaigns or workflows.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Experience with GA4, Looker Studio and Excel.
- Excellent client communication and presentation skills.
- The ability to manage multiple accounts with excellent organisation and attention to detail.
- A commercially minded approach, with an understanding of how paid media contributes to wider business objectives.

It would be particularly advantageous if you have experience with:
- Lead scoring.
- Conversion tracking.
- Marketing automation workflows.
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
- Intent data platforms.
- Large paid media budgets.
- International B2B accounts.
- £500k+ monthly media spend.
