Our client is a fast growth business based in Manchester.

They are now looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Paid Media Executive to join their dynamic team. This is a great opportunity to play an important role in taking their paid activity to the next level.

You will assist in the day-to-day paid media management of the business, working closely with the digital agency and the Digital Manager in driving forward strategy and performance. You will also work with the brand and studio teams to develop best-in-class creative assets and copy, whilst analysing performance and making data-driven decisions.

You will also have the opportunity to support the development of Influencer and Affiliate channels, working with the wider team and external partners to help grow these areas. Previous experience in Influencer or Affiliate marketing is not essential, but an interest in learning more about these channels would be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, coordinate and build paid media campaigns across Google, Meta and other relevant platforms to support business needs and drive growth
  • Explore, suggest and drive new ideas and concepts across the paid landscape to ensure successful growth of paid activity
  • Explore and support new and emerging paid channels
  • Support the development and coordination of Influencer and Affiliate marketing activity, working with internal teams and external partners to help grow these channels
  • Assist with identifying opportunities to test and develop new Influencer and Affiliate partnerships and activity
  • Coordinate with key teams to develop and organise asset and content creation
  • Work with the Digital Manager to ensure key KPIs and business goals are met
  • Analyse data to find potential gaps for growth and challenge the agency on performance
  • Monitor and report on key metrics and prepare performance reports
  • Work closely with the Digital agency to deliver best-in-class PPC and Paid Social / Display campaigns
  • Create PPC ad copy and paid social ad mock-ups and ensure messaging and content aligns with brand strategy
  • Support with budget management
  • Support the team in the coordination and building of digital campaigns and general website support
  • Liaising on UK specific content with the global social team
  • Analyse trends and review competitors to make data-driven decisions
  • Keep up to date with developments across Paid Media, Influencer and Affiliate marketing and identify opportunities for the business

  • 1–2 years of paid media experience
  • Understanding of Digital Marketing principles
  • Highly organised
  • Strong analytical, numeracy and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail and proficient in data analysis
  • Microsoft Office
  • An eagerness to learn and grow across Paid Media and the wider digital marketing landscape
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • An interest in Influencer and Affiliate marketing and how these channels can support business growth
