Skin + Me is a mission-driven start-up with seriously big skin goals.

We're looking for an ambitious and creatively-minded Growth Marketing Executive to join our Growth Team at Skin + Me on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a hybrid working role with three days a week in our Paddington HQ (Mon, Tue, Fri) and two days remote.

About the role:

As a Paid Media Executive at the + Me group, you will execute and manage our paid search (PPC) and paid social campaigns (Meta and TikTok). You'll own the creative engine behind our paid growth: shaping creative strategy, writing the briefs that turn insight into high-performing ads, and liaising with the Influencer team and external partners to drive content that fuels our channels. You'll pair that creative thinking with hands-on paid media management across Meta, TikTok and Google — using performance data to decide what we do next and planning and executing tests. Across a focused 12 months, your work will be instrumental in hitting our KPIs and ambitious growth targets, with the opportunity to shape paid ads strategy across one or more of the + Me brands (Skin + Me, Hair + Me and Renew + Me).

The ideal candidate will have solid experience within paid media and is someone who thinks in hooks, angles and narratives as much as in metrics — with a genuine interest in what makes performance creative work. This role will work closely with the Heads of Growth and will also have strong ties to the copywriting, design, influencer and tech teams, giving you the opportunity to work with key stakeholders across the business.

What You'll Do

In this role you will implement our growth strategy through our paid channels, brief and shape the creatives that run on them and use data (and AI) to keep improving results. Responsibilities will include:

  • Manage the Google Ads, Meta and TikTok paid activity
  • Own the creative strategy for your paid channels — developing and testing angles, hooks and messaging territories grounded in customer insight, performance data and market trends
  • Write clear, inspiring creative briefs for Meta, TikTok and Google, translating strategy into concepts the design and copy teams can bring to life — and feeding creative learnings back to them
  • Manage your channels from daily optimisations and account maintenance tasks, through to monthly performance reporting - to ensure they are running optimally and on-track to achieve targets. You will be the go-to expert for questions and analysis related to your channels.
  • Build and own performance reporting for your channels, campaigns and tests — using AI tools to speed up analysis, surface insights and generate clear reporting for stakeholders
  • Develop and execute testing across all aspects of the paid channels, including creative, messaging, landing pages and offers, keeping up to date with industry trends, news and products to ensure we stay ahead of the curve
  • Liaise with the influencer and UGC content creation agencies to ensure we create best-in class UGC content including concept brainstorming, creator approval, script reviews and content reviews
  • Create your own small AI tools and automations (e.g. lightweight scripts, prompts, or no-/low-code workflows) to make day-to-day channel management, briefing, creative analysis and reporting faster and more efficient — and share what works with the wider team
  • Represent Skin + Me in advertising partner meetings (Meta, Google, TikTok), working closely with our account reps to best understand the platform's new features, plan tests and troubleshoot problems

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Who You Are

These are the skills we're looking for. Even if you don't tick every box, but feel you're right for us, we'd still love to hear from you.

  • Ideally have 2 years experience working in a paid media role, either in house or agency side, with hands on experience running campaigns on Meta and Google Ads, with an understanding of the main performance drivers (post-algorithm-shift experience on social is a plus) — though we're open to strong candidates at different stages of their career
  • Experience working in a data-driven, high-experimentation environment
  • A strong creative instinct for performance marketing — you understand what makes a scroll-stopping ad and enjoy shaping concepts, hooks and messaging
  • Experience writing creative briefs and/or working closely with design, copy or content teams to produce paid ads
  • Comfortable using AI tools in your day-to-day work — for analysis, reporting and building small efficiency tools — or excited to learn
  • Able to analyse datasets (in Excel and with AI-assisted tools) to draw conclusions and insights about creative and channel performance
  • Self-starter with a hunger to learn and constantly improve in a fast-paced environment
  • Curious, always asking questions and challenging how we do things

More about Skin + Me, and the + Me Brands

In 2018, we set out to solve a problem that millions of people faced: not just struggling with their skin, but struggling to navigate skincare itself. By combining dermatology expertise, pharmacy and technology, Skin + Me created a simpler, more personalised approach - and proved that expert-led care could reach people who'd never had access to it before.

That belief became the foundation of something bigger.

Today, + Me is the company behind Skin + Me, Hair + Me and Renew + Me, with more on the horizon. We're not building a single brand. We're building a category - one where clinical expertise, smart technology and real personalisation are the standard, not the exception.

Every brand we build starts with a real problem. Every solution is rooted in science. And every person who joins + Me becomes part of re-engineering personal care for more people, in more ways.

Think you're up for the challenge?
