Summary Of Role
We are looking for two Paid Media Executives who will support the Performance Marketing Manager in developing, executing and managing paid media campaigns, including but not limited to Search and Social for CVS. These individuals will work closely with our marketing and commercial teams, striving to deliver superior performance.
This is a perfect role for someone who wants to help us drive success across all divisions at CVS. There is an opportunity to help deliver a truly customer centric approach to our campaign activation and this role will be key to ensuring that happens at pace and with a view on what's possible now and in the future.

Please note – this role is remote with some travel to CVS sites
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Performance Marketing Manager in the planning, execution and delivery of paid media campaigns across appropriate channels (social, search etc)
- Daily performance tracking & analysis – Feedback on campaign performance, trends, and insights
- Managing budgets, bids, and forecasts
- Working with creative teams to test and refine ad concepts and formats
- Stay informed of new technology and opportunities to further our innovation in the paid media space.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the customer experience carries through into the onsite journey and that we have clear and consistent alignment.
Key Skills Required
- Proven ability to effectively manage digital advertising platforms including Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Data-driven mind-set with a deep understanding of campaign optimisation.
- Knowledge of GA4 and Google Tag Manager (CJA, Jira and confluence advantageous)
- Able to develop and maintain good relationships with stakeholders.
- A team player with great interpersonal skills, who is positive, proactive, and not afraid to ask questions.
