About the role

The Paid Media Executive runs Numeris's day-to-day paid advertising across Meta, Google and other channels. You will build, launch and optimise campaigns that bring profitable new customers to our online store, working closely with the Head of Trading so our ads push the right products at the right time.

Role: Paid Media Executive

Reports to: Head of Trading

Team: Paid media & CRM

Location: Office-based, Swansea

Contract: Full-time, permanent

Salary: Up to £34,000 + 15% bonus tied to ROAS and revenue targets

This is a hands-on role for someone who lives in the ad platforms. You will own the campaigns, test constantly, and know which ads are earning their budget and which aren't.

Key responsibilities

  • Campaign management

    • Plan, build and launch paid campaigns across Meta, Google (Search, Shopping and Performance Max) and other channels such as TikTok.
    • Manage daily budgets and bids to hit ROAS and customer acquisition cost targets set by the Head of Trading.
    • Keep product feeds accurate and up to date so Shopping and catalogue ads show the right products, prices and stock.
  • Optimisation and testing

    • Monitor campaign performance daily and act quickly on underperforming ads, audiences or keywords.
    • Run structured tests on creative, copy, audiences and landing pages, and roll out what works.
    • Build and refine audiences, including lookalikes and retargeting, working with the CRM team on customer data.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
