About Lunar Digital

Lunar Digital is a young agency but we've grown fast, and that momentum is carrying into 2027 as we search for an intuitive, data-driven Paid Media Executive to join our close-knit team.

We work with a mix of B2C and B2B clients ranging from sports marketing to hospitality, automotive and interior design - backed by a network of trusted external partners who bring specialist expertise wherever we need it.

We're deliberately lean, and that's the point: no red tape, no waiting in line to be heard, and every person's contribution has a real, visible impact on our results. Everyone has a genuine say, with direct access to our MD rather than layers of management in between. We built Lunar Digital to bring together entrepreneurial, ambitious people who want to win and genuinely enjoy the work they do; and we protect a proper work/life balance while we do it.

The Role

As a Paid Media Executive, you will be responsible for managing Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns across a diverse range of clients. You’ll work closely under our Paid Media Specialist to help develop client accounts, proactively identifying opportunities for growth and optimising campaigns to achieve target KPIs.

Location: Hybrid, with 2 days a week in one of our office locations (Birmingham Jewellery Quarter and Bromsgrove)
Reports to: Paid Media Specialist
Wider team: Joining our in-house Paid Media Specialist within our extended Performance Team of 6
Salary: £24k–£30k (Offer dependent on experience)

What You Will Be Doing

  • Work closely with the team to plan campaigns and execute paid media activity across Paid Search and Paid Social for B2C & B2B clients.
  • Develop effective test & learn plans for campaigns and work with the Paid Media Specialist to analyse performance and shape future media strategy.
  • Effectively plan and manage client media budgets across both project-based and retainer work.
  • Assist with campaign reporting, including weekly and monthly reports to track progress, identify opportunities or flag areas for improvement.
  • Support with the implementation of campaign tracking to ensure activity is properly measured and optimised, either via Google Tag Manager or by working with website/development teams to brief tracking requirements, including key events and enhanced conversions.
  • Optimise Paid Media campaigns (Search, PMAX/Shopping, Demand Gen, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads are desirable) to achieve KPIs for our clients, and proactively suggest opportunities for growth.
  • Support the growth of the agency by providing Paid Media insight for new business pitches (keyword opportunities, audience size, etc).
  • Identify opportunities to improve ad content across channels to uplift performance.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
