Paid Media Executive
Brighton, East Sussex
Hybrid Role – 3 days in Brighton office, 2 days WFH
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 plus excellent benefits and career progression
Talent Hub is hiring a skilled Paid Media Executive for a thriving, collaborative, and friendly Brighton digital agency. This is an exciting opportunity for a Paid Media Assistant or Executive with agency-side experience looking to take the next step in their career. What you need for this Paid Media Executive job:
- 1-2+ years’ experience working in a Paid Media role, ideally within a marketing agency.
- Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Google Analytics 4.
- Proficiency in analytics tools including Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Ability to analyse campaign performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Awareness of automation, AI-led bidding strategies, and machine learning-driven campaign management approaches.
- Experience with forecasting, budgeting, or media planning (advantageous).

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads with a focus on delivering strong performance for clients.
- Support integrated multi-channel strategies by collaborating closely with the Organic, Data, Creative, and Tech teams to deliver aligned client outcomes.
- Manage campaign budgets and bidding strategies to achieve key performance targets such as CPA, ROAS, and lead quality.
- Continuously analyse and refine campaigns to improve targeting, ad copy, and landing page performance.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and results, utilising Google tools and other reporting software.
- Act as a key day-to-day contact for assigned clients, building trusted relationships through transparent communication and commercially focused recommendations.
- Produce detailed reports and present campaign insights, strategic recommendations, and performance updates internally and to clients.
