Job title: Paid Media Executive

Location: Bristol (BS1 4HX), hybrid working

Take your paid media career to the next level, managing seven-figure budgets and global campaigns. You’ll build and optimise campaigns across Search, Social and Programmatic, develop international channel expertise and grow into a true cross-channel performance specialist.

What you’ll do

  • Build and launch high-performing paid media campaigns
  • Manage campaigns across Search, Social & Programmatic
  • Optimise campaigns to improve performance
  • Track KPIs and analyse campaign data
  • Turn data into clear insights and recommendations
  • Produce client reports and competitor analysis
  • Support wider cross-channel media strategy

  • Hands-on Google Ads & Meta Ads experience
  • Strong analytical and data skills
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Ability to spot trends and opportunities in data
  • Passion for paid media and digital marketing
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Collaborative, team-focused approach
