Description

At Corston, we believe the best spaces are built on beautifully considered details.

Founded in 2019, we bring together more than 50 years of interiors expertise to design and manufacture architectural hardware that feels as good as it looks. Every product is developed in-house, allowing us to carefully control quality, proportion and finish while ensuring our collections work seamlessly together.

Our commitment to craftsmanship extends beyond our products. We carefully select durable, sustainable materials, lead the industry in the use of post-consumer recycled waste, and package every order using fully recyclable, plastic-free materials.

Based in the English countryside, we're a fast-growing international business with showrooms and workshops across the UK, Europe, the US and the UAE. As we continue to grow, we're looking for talented people who share our passion for quality, design and continuous improvement.

The Role

We're looking for a Paid Media Executive to join our marketing team at our headquarters in Malmesbury.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys combining creativity with analysis. You'll be responsible for managing and optimising paid media activity across a range of channels and international markets, helping to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth and brand awareness.

Working closely with our eCommerce, brand and creative teams, you'll use data and insight to improve campaign performance, test new ideas and ensure our paid media investment delivers the best possible return.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
