The Role
SHIFT Active Media requires a Paid Media Executive to join our team. We are searching for someone with a passion for cycling and the great outdoors looking to start a career in digital marketing and gain hands-on experience in executing multi-channel global advertising campaigns. SHIFT Active Media is proud to work with the most influential cycling media brands in the world and is accredited as a Google Premier Partner and Meta-Recommended agency.
Responsibilities
Advertising Planning and Execution
- Assist Media Managers in developing paid media plans to meet client objectives, including brand awareness, lead generation, and sales.
- Support the execution and management of paid advertising campaigns across multiple channels including Google Ads, Meta, Campaign Manager, and YouTube.
- Help ensure campaigns are optimised for performance and budget efficiency.
- Assist in creating ad creative and copy, collaborating with internal and external teams.

Campaign Optimisation
- Monitor budgets for multiple campaigns and clients.
- Assist in tracking campaign performance and make adjustments to bid strategies, budgets, and ad placements.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Support the use of analytics tools to track campaign performance, identifying trends, successes, and areas for improvement.
- Help prepare reports on campaign results, including impressions, clicks, conversion rates, and ROI.

Market & Trends Research
- Keep up-to-date with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.
- Support keyword research to inform campaign planning.
About You
- A keen interest in marketing.
- Good attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- A basic understanding of Google Ads and Meta platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Inherent interest in cycling and an active lifestyle (preferred).
