Job Description

We are looking for a Paid Media Executive to join our eCommerce Digital team. Based at Next Head Office in Enderby, Leicestershire!

The Role:

As our Paid Media Executive within the eCommerce department, you will be at the heart of NEXT’s marketing strategy, helping to shape how we connect with millions of customers. Working closely with our external media agency and internal cross-functional teams, your mission is to plan, execute, and optimize high impact digital campaigns that drive profitable growth and win new customers.

Whether you are navigating the fast-paced social landscape or diving into programmatic platforms, you won't be doing it alone; NEXT offers a supportive environment with the right training to help you master our substantial budgets, collaborate with industry-leading platforms, and fast track your career in digital marketing.

What You’ll Take On:

  • Support and fine-tune large-scale digital media campaigns across key platforms including Meta, Google, and TikTok to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Monitor day-to-day campaign metrics closely, making smart, real-time optimizations and budget re-allocations to ensure every pound spent delivers measurable value.
  • Work hand-in-hand with internal teams to build compelling media and creative briefs that align with NEXT's commercial objectives.
  • Build and nurture strong, collaborative working relationships with your daily counterparts at our external media agency.
  • Own the reporting lifecycle, translating complex campaign data into clear performance and creative insights for senior stakeholders.
  • Keep your finger on the pulse of emerging technology and industry trends to ensure our digital media strategy remains truly best in class.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
