We’re looking for a Paid Media Executive to join a growing business in Manchester.

This role would suit someone with 1–2 years’ experience in Paid Media who is keen to develop their skills, take on more responsibility and gain broader experience across digital marketing.

You’ll work closely with an internal marketing team and external agency, supporting paid campaigns across Google, Meta and other relevant channels.

What you’ll be doing

  • Managing and supporting paid media campaigns across Google, Meta and other platforms
  • Monitoring performance, analysing data and identifying opportunities to improve
  • Working with an external agency and challenging performance where appropriate
  • Supporting budgets, reporting and campaign planning
  • Creating PPC copy and paid social concepts
  • Working with creative and brand teams on campaign assets
  • Exploring new paid media opportunities and channels
  • Supporting wider digital campaigns when required
  • Keeping up to date with paid media trends and developments

What we’re looking for

  • 1–2 years’ experience in Paid Media
  • Good understanding of paid search and/or paid social
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with data and reporting
  • Good written communication skills
  • Google Analytics 4 experience
  • A genuine interest in developing within Paid Media

Desirable

  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads or Meta
  • An interest in Influencer and Affiliate marketing
  • Experience with AWIN
  • Adobe Express experience
  • Relevant digital or paid media certifications
  • Experience within travel, leisure or another consumer-focused industry
