Job Title: Paid Media Executive (Graduate)

Location: Central London (Hybrid - 2 days per week)
Salary: £28,000 + discretionary bonus

Would you like to start your career in Paid Media with an independent agency that genuinely invests in its people? Are you a recent graduate with an interest in digital marketing, advertising, data, and how brands grow online?

This could be an excellent opportunity to join an established, independent full-service digital marketing agency with more than 20 years of experience in the industry.

The agency works with a diverse range of brands, helping them use digital marketing, data, and technology to reach their audiences and achieve their commercial goals.

As a Paid Media Executive, you'll join a friendly and experienced performance team where you'll receive hands-on training, exposure to real client campaigns, and the opportunity to develop your skills across multiple areas of Paid Media.

You don't need previous Paid Media or agency experience. What matters is that you're curious, analytical, commercially minded, and genuinely keen to learn.

The Company

You'll be joining an established independent agency with a team of talented digital marketers working across a range of specialist disciplines.

The agency takes a full-service approach to digital marketing, with teams covering Paid Media, SEO, Social, Content, Client Services, Data, and wider digital strategy.

This gives you the opportunity to understand how different parts of a digital marketing strategy work together, while developing your own specialism within Paid Media.

You'll work with a varied mix of brands and clients across different industries, giving you exposure to different audiences, objectives, and campaign strategies. From eCommerce and lead generation through to brand awareness and customer acquisition, you'll see how digital marketing is used to solve different commercial challenges.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

One of the biggest advantages of joining an independent agency is the level of exposure you'll receive. Rather than being one small part of a huge organisation, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with experienced marketers, get involved with live campaigns, and learn directly from people who have built successful careers in the industry.

The company is also committed to making work enjoyable, with a genuinely social culture and regular team socials, drinks, lunches, events, and activities throughout the year.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting the delivery and optimisation of Paid Media campaigns across PPC, Paid Social, and Programmatic
  • Learning to use leading platforms such as Google Ads and Meta, while developing your wider digital marketing knowledge
  • Analysing campaign performance and using data to identify opportunities to improve results
  • Supporting campaign strategy, testing, reporting, and budget management
  • Working alongside experienced team members on real client accounts, taking on more responsibility as you develop
  • Bringing new ideas, learning quickly, and becoming a key part of the Paid Media team

Paid Media Graduate Programme

This isn't a graduate role where you're left to figure things out on your own. You'll follow a structured development programme designed to help you build your Paid Media skills and progress within the agency.

You'll have formal appraisals every six months, with clear objectives, regular feedback, and scheduled salary increases as you develop.

From your first day, you'll have a clear idea of what you need to achieve to progress, with increasing responsibility across campaigns, clients, and strategy as your experience grows.

What Are They Looking For?

This is a genuine graduate-level opportunity, so previous Paid Media or agency experience isn't required.
