Fantastic Paid Media Executive Role

Fantastic Paid Media Executive role available with this award-winning agency servicing our growing portfolio of clients in the finance industry. We are looking for a focused professional with 2 years’ experience in paid media.

Responsibilities

You'll work across a range of financial services clients, including B2B, B2C and asset management brands, planning, launching and optimising campaigns across search and paid social, particularly Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn.

Learning whilst working on actual accounts, in a busy, award-winning agency environment will develop and accelerate your understanding of content creation and distribution.

Because of the emphasis on writing and analysis through reporting, we’ll ideally be looking for highly developed numeracy skills and the ability to articulate yourself concisely, both verbally and with the written word.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Create and manage campaigns with accurate targeting and budgets.
  • Create ads across platforms (Google, LinkedIn, Meta) with appropriate copy, creative, and landing pages.
  • Generate UTM codes for tracking.
  • Optimise budgets and performance, tracking spend and updating bids.
  • Manage the full promotion lifecycle from content requests to tracking and optimising performance.
  • Ensure client promotions meet standards, respond promptly to requests, and amend content as needed.
  • Analyse results to inform strategy and produce monthly, quarterly, and wrap reports on Looker Studio.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills.
  • Experience in managing paid social client accounts.
  • Effective time management, organisational skills, and ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms and a strong understanding of metrics and reporting tools.
  • Proven experience in media management.
  • Experience with any other media platforms/publishers is a distinct advantage.
