Role Title: Paid Media Executive
Reports to: PPC Specialist
Location: Kenilworth, Warwickshire
Working pattern: Hybrid – minimum 2–3 days per week in our Kenilworth office
Employment type: Full-time
Please note: this is a hybrid role based in our Kenilworth office. You’ll need to be able to work from our office around 50% of the time.

The role
We’re looking for a Paid Media Executive with hands-on Google Ads experience to join our growing PPC team.
You’ll work closely with our PPC Specialist and Digital Director to manage and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, with opportunities to work across Meta and LinkedIn Ads too.
This is a hands-on paid media role for someone who enjoys the balance between creativity, analysis, and problem-solving.
You’ll support the delivery and optimisation of PPC campaigns across predominately Google Ads and also Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads, helping clients improve performance through a combination of data insight, creative thinking, and continuous testing.
You’ll get exposure to a wide range of clients and campaign types, including Search, Performance Max, Shopping, Display and Demand Gen.
What you’ll be doing:
- Campaign management
- Build, manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns.
- Support the development, implementation, and optimisation of Search, Performance Max, Shopping, Display and Demand Gen, AI Max and emerging formats.
- Monitor budgets, spend and pacing.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance.
- Support paid social activity across Meta and LinkedIn.

Data and optimisation
- Analyse campaign performance and identify trends and opportunities.
- Understanding key metrics including Click-Through-Rate (CTR), Conversion Rate (CVR), Cost-Per-Acquisition (CPA), and Return-On-Ad-Spend (ROAS).
- Turn performance data into clear recommendations.
- Test different audiences, messaging, creative and campaign approaches.
- Support monthly reporting and client recommendations, showing results against KPIs and making meaningful recommendations for future improvements.

- Write and improve ad copy and messaging.
- Review creative and identify opportunities for testing.
- Think about how audiences, offers, messaging and creative work together.
- Bring new ideas to campaigns and client activity.

Client and team collaboration
- Understand client objectives, audience and commercial goals.
- Support client conversations with campaign insights.
- Work alongside SEO, AEO, content, web and client success teams.
- Share ideas and contribute to wider digital strategies.

What we're looking for
What you’ll need:
- Experience managing PPC campaigns
- Strong understanding of Google Ads and paid media principles
- Ability to interpret campaign performance data
- Experience using analytics platforms such as GA4
- Strong attention to detail
- Confidence creating or reviewing marketing copy and creative assets
- Strong organisation and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Clear communication skills
- Ability to work from our Kenilworth office around 50% of the time

Helpful experience (but not essential):
- 2+ years working within an agency environment
- Google Ads certifications
- Paid social media advertising
- Creating ad copy, campaign concepts, or marketing assets
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or similar
- Understanding of SEO, CRO, AEO, or wider digital marketing

You'll help us deliver better-performing campaigns by combining strong PPC fundamentals with creative thinking and a willingness to test and improve. You'll become a trusted member of the PPC team, develop your technical and strategic skills, and increasingly take ownership of campaigns and client opportunities.
