Paid Social Executive

Salary: Up to £38,000 (depending on experience)
Location: London
Contract: Permanent, full-time

About the Agency

We’re an independent, retail-focused digital agency working with ambitious eCommerce brands across the UK. As a remote-first business, we focus on outcomes over hours, trust over micromanagement, and creating an environment where talented people can do their best work from wherever they’re based.

The Role

We’re looking for a Paid Media Executive to join our growing team and help deliver performance-driven paid social campaigns for a portfolio of retail and eCommerce clients. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with solid paid social experience who’s confident managing campaigns end-to-end and eager to develop their strategic thinking in a supportive, remote agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid social and PPC campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and other platforms such as TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, and LinkedIn where relevant
  • Optimise campaigns to achieve commercial objectives including ROAS, CPA, revenue, and customer acquisition
  • Build and test audiences, creatives, and campaign structures to improve performance
  • Monitor budgets and pacing to ensure efficient spend
  • Analyse performance data and turn insights into clear recommendations and next steps
  • Produce regular reports and performance updates for clients and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with creative and strategy teams on briefs, testing plans, and optimisations
  • Stay up to date with platform updates, retail trends, and paid social best practices

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
