About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and data-driven Paid Media Executive to join our Marketing team, supporting the growth of multiple streetwear and lifestyle brands. This is a varied multi-brand role offering exposure to a wide range of audiences, marketing strategies, and digital channels.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, optimisation, and reporting of paid media campaigns across platforms including Google, Meta, TikTok, email, and SMS marketing. Working closely with the wider Marketing, Ecommerce, and Creative teams, you will help drive online traffic, customer acquisition, and revenue growth while ensuring campaigns deliver against key commercial objectives.

This role would suit an analytical and detail-oriented individual with paid media experience who thrives in a fast-paced ecommerce and fashion environment.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Media Campaign Management

  • Assist with the setup, execution, and optimisation of paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, and other digital channels.
  • Support campaign planning to align with brand, trading, and promotional calendars.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, and market research to inform campaign strategy.
  • Manage campaign budgets in line with agreed performance targets and return on investment expectations.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and implement optimisation recommendations to improve results.
  • Support creative testing initiatives, including A/B testing of audience segments, ad copy, creatives, and bidding strategies.

Performance Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyse campaign data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.
  • Produce regular performance reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on key digital marketing KPIs including:
    • Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
    • Cost Per Acquisition (CPA)
    • Click Through Rate (CTR)
    • Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
    • Conversion Rate
  • Utilise data from platforms including Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and DEMA to support decision-making.
  • Provide recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness and improve overall marketing performance.

Ecommerce & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Ecommerce, Creative, and Marketing teams to ensure campaigns support broader commercial objectives.
  • Assist with landing page recommendations and conversion optimisation initiatives.
  • Support the management and optimisation of product feeds, including Google Merchant Centre and Meta Catalogues.
  • Collaborate with Content and Design teams to ensure creative assets are aligned with campaign objectives.
  • Support promotional activity launches, product launches, and seasonal campaigns across multiple brands.

Industry Knowledge & Continuous Improvement

  • Stay up to date with paid media best practices, platform developments, industry trends, and competitor activity.
  • Identify new opportunities across emerging digital channels and advertising platforms.
  • Contribute ideas and insights to improve campaign performance and customer acquisition strategies.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Achievement of ROAS and revenue targets.
  • Cost-efficient customer acquisition.
  • Campaign CTR and engagement performance.
  • Conversion rate improvements.
  • Budget management accuracy.
  • Timely completion of campaign launches and reporting.
  • Quality and accuracy of performance analysis.
  • Contribution to overall ecommerce growth objectives.

Skills & Experience

Essential

  • 1-2 years' experience in a Paid Media, Digital Marketing, or Performance Marketing role.
  • Experience using Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Analytics 4.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and develop.

Desirable

  • Experience within fashion, streetwear, retail, or ecommerce sectors.
  • Experience using Shopify.
  • Knowledge of Klaviyo email marketing and Attentive SMS marketing platforms.
  • Experience managing product feeds through Google Merchant Centre and Meta Catalogue.
  • Understanding of attribution modelling and third-party reporting platforms.
  • Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related qualification.
