Paid Media Lead - PPC Kingdom
Location: Bromley, London — office-based, with hybrid working opportunities.
Hours: Full-time
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum
About PPC Kingdom
PPC Kingdom is a dynamic digital marketing agency specialising in paid search and paid social, tracking and analytics, SEO, graphic design, and website development.
We deliver campaign management, auditing, and consultancy across the UK, Europe, US, and LATAM. Our clients span e-commerce and retail, gambling, travel, legal and professional services, tax, EV charging and automotive, sport, education, construction and trades, and multi-site consumer services.
About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Paid Media Lead to own paid media strategy and performance across a varied client portfolio.
You will manage accounts from end to end; planning and campaign delivery to tracking, testing, ad copy and visuals, reporting, and client communication. You will combine analytical thinking with creativity and initiative to solve problems, resolve tracking issues, and demonstrate what drives results.
Key Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of client accounts across the UK and international markets.
- Develop and implement paid media strategies aligned with client objectives and budgets, including audits, plans, and strategy documents for new and existing accounts.
- Design, build, launch, monitor, and optimise Google Ads campaigns across Search, Performance Max, Shopping, and YouTube.
- Plan and run full-funnel Meta campaigns, from awareness through to lead generation and sales.
- Run campaigns on other relevant platforms, including LinkedIn, Reddit, Snapchat, TikTok, and emerging platforms such as ChatGPT Ads.
- Conduct keyword, audience, and competitor research to inform campaign decisions.
- Review search terms, manage negative keywords, and audit account structures.
- Manage budgets and bidding strategies against ROAS, CPA, and lead targets, monitoring spend and identifying opportunities to improve performance.
- Set up and troubleshoot GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Tag Gateway on WordPress, Shopify, and Wix sites. Use platform data to monitor performance, assess conversion tracking, and investigate issues.
- Manage consent mode and cookie banner configurations.
- Design, run, and analyse tests to measure the incremental impact of paid media.
- Translate campaign data into clear insights and practical recommendations through monthly reports, quarterly performance reviews, and Looker Studio dashboards.
- Act as clients’ day-to-day contact, build strong relationships, and clearly explain results, recommendations, and next steps.
- Ensure campaign quality, stay up to date with platform changes, and share knowledge with colleagues.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
