Paid Media Lead / Director
London | Hybrid, 3 days in the office
£75k+ bonus + benefits
I am working with a brilliant independent London agency looking for a senior Paid Media Lead to build and shape its paid media capability from the ground up.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants genuine ownership. You will set the strategy, shape the offering, work closely with senior leadership and build a team around you as the function grows.
The role will include:
- Owning paid media strategy across paid search, paid social, display and programmatic
- Remaining hands-on across platforms including Google, Meta and LinkedIn
- Developing integrated performance strategies across B2B and financial services clients
- Leading client conversations, pitches and commercial opportunities
- Setting best practice across reporting, optimisation, attribution and audience targeting
- Building and growing the paid media team over time

You will need:
- Strong senior agency-side paid media experience
- Excellent paid search and paid social knowledge
- Financial services or B2B client experience is essential
- Confidence working directly with senior clients and stakeholders
- Strong commercial instincts and the ability to spot growth opportunities
- The ambition to build something, rather than simply inherit an established team
