Growth Lead (Paid Media) | In house DTC/Ecommerce | Hybrid London | up to £85k plus bonus

Our client is a fast-growing, in-house global DTC and subscription business experiencing rapid growth and disrupting the market in their sector. Having scaled rapidly on a global level, they have an award-winning, market-leading hero product and a global growth roadmap. This role is part of a highly collaborative team with direct access to senior leadership and strong learning and development support, who typically spend 4 days in the London office each week. Other benefits include bonus up to 30%, access to members club, funded exercise classes, team socials, 28 days + BH, private health and dental and many more.

What You'll Do

Own the process that connects creative strategy with paid media performance, using data and insights to improve campaign effectiveness and scale winning concepts. You'll work closely with marketing, content and external partners to optimise creative output across multiple channels and markets, launch new products and campaigns, improve testing frameworks, and identify opportunities to increase conversion and customer acquisition. You'll also help ensure learnings from paid media are translated into wider customer journey and website improvements to maximise overall commercial performance.

Skills needed

  • Experience in a DTC business or agency, in growth, performance marketing, marketing operations, project management or a closely related role
  • Paid marketing experience, particularly Meta Ads, ideally including hands-on media buying, creative testing, and analysis.
  • Project management or operational experience using ClickUp (or similar project management tools) to keep fast-moving work visible
  • Comfortable with data.
  • Experience building or improving structured processes (testing frameworks, reporting cadences, creative workflows)
  • Commercial awareness. You understand how acquisition costs, customer value, and marketing efficiency connect to broader business performance.

Nice to have

  • Some comfort with creative - ability to assess an ad, write a hook, or shape a brief.
  • Experience with tools like Motion, TripleWhale or Northbeam to spot patterns and guide decisions.
  • You are comfortable navigating Meta, TikTok and YouTube Ads Management platforms.
