Paid Media Manager

Remote - UK based
£40,000

About eComplete and the Role

eComplete is a direct-to-consumer growth and investment company. We partner with ambitious eCommerce brands across beauty, skincare, fashion, fragrance, eyewear, and sport, bringing paid media, SEO, CRM, eCommerce, web, and data under one roof.

We're growing fast, with several new brands joining us this quarter, and we're looking for a hands-on Paid Media Manager to join our performance team. You'll run paid social and paid search accounts end to end, from launch and testing through to reporting and client conversations. You'll work alongside our Paid Social Manager and Paid Search lead, with real ownership of your own accounts from day one.

This role suits someone who loves the detail of the ad account as much as the bigger growth picture, and who wants to see the direct impact of their work on a brand's revenue.

What You'll Do

Campaign Delivery

  • Plan, build and launch campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Google (Search, Shopping, and Performance Max)
  • Own daily optimization, budgets, and pacing across a portfolio of client accounts
  • Manage full-funnel structures, from prospecting to retargeting and catalogue/DPA campaigns
  • Keep tracking healthy, working with our web and data teams on pixels, Conversions API, GA4, and Shopify

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
