Description

We're looking for a Paid Media Manager to join our marketing team at Corston.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys the detail of paid media but also wants a bigger seat at the table. You'll be working closely with George, our Senior Paid Media Manager, helping shape how we approach paid media as we continue to grow across the UK and international markets.

We're investing heavily in our marketing team and paid media is a big part of that. We don't need someone to simply maintain campaigns. We're looking for somebody who's curious, commercially minded and enjoys figuring out what's working, what isn't, and where the next opportunity is.

You'll have ownership, influence and the chance to make a genuine impact within a fast-growing business.

What you'll be doing

Strategy & Planning

  • Help shape paid media strategy across Google, Meta, Pinterest and other relevant platforms.
  • Translate business goals into channel plans that drive growth.
  • Identify opportunities to scale performance across markets and campaigns.
  • Build and maintain a clear optimisation and testing roadmap.

Campaign Management

  • Manage and optimise campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Monitor performance and make informed decisions around budget allocation and investment.
  • Spot opportunities and issues quickly, taking action where needed.
  • Ensure tracking and reporting are accurate across GA4, GTM and platform reporting tools.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
