Job Title: Paid Media Manager (eCommerce)

Location: London (Hybrid, Flexible)
Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 + Bonus

The Role

As a Paid Media Manager, you’ll be responsible for planning, managing, and optimising Paid Media campaigns across a range of digital channels. This is far more than a campaign activation role - you’ll play a key part in shaping client strategy, influencing business growth, and driving commercial success across a portfolio of leading eCommerce brands.

The role will primarily focus on Paid Search while offering opportunities to develop your experience across Paid Social and the wider Paid Media landscape.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy, execution, and optimisation of high-performing Paid Media campaigns across a portfolio of leading eCommerce brands.
  • Go beyond campaign management by identifying new commercial opportunities, influencing growth strategies, and helping shape long-term business success.
  • Build strong relationships with external stakeholders, acting as a trusted partner and providing strategic recommendations that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Play an active role in the evolution of the Paid Media department by contributing new ideas, refining processes, and helping drive innovation across the business.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, platform developments, and emerging technologies, bringing fresh thinking and new opportunities to both clients and the wider team.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience managing Paid Media campaigns, either agency-side or in-house.
  • Strong Google Ads experience; exposure to Meta Ads and other Paid Media platforms is advantageous.
  • Experience with Google Shopping is essential; Meta Catalogue Ads experience is a bonus.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to optimise campaigns using performance data.
  • Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio (bonus)
