Job Title: Paid Media Manager (B2B)
Location: London (Hybrid, Flexible)
Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 + Bonus

The Role
As a Paid Media Manager, you’ll be responsible for planning, managing and optimising Paid Media campaigns across a range of digital channels. This is far more than a campaign activation role - you’ll play a key part in shaping client strategy, influencing business growth and driving commercial success across a portfolio of leading B2B brands.
The business is open to candidates from either a PPC or Paid Social background, provided you’re excited by the opportunity to broaden your expertise across multiple Paid Media channels.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Own the strategy, execution and optimisation of high-performing Paid Media campaigns across a portfolio of leading B2B brands.
- Go beyond campaign management by identifying new commercial opportunities, influencing growth strategies and helping shape long-term business success.
- Build strong relationships with external stakeholders, acting as a trusted partner and providing strategic recommendations that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Play an active role in the evolution of the Paid Media department by contributing new ideas, refining processes and helping drive innovation across the business.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, platform developments and emerging technologies, bringing fresh thinking and new opportunities to both clients and the wider team.
Skills & Experience

- Experience managing Paid Media campaigns within an agency or in-house environment.
- A background in either PPC (Google Ads/Microsoft Ads) or Paid Social (LinkedIn, Meta or similar), with an interest in developing across the wider Paid Media landscape.
- Experience running B2B lead generation campaigns is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager and Looker Studio.
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive, commercially minded and eager to learn and develop.
