ABOUT THE CLIENT

Due to continued growth, we’re looking for a hands on Paid Media Manager to join a leading fashion brand with a strong ecommerce presence.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who loves being close to the campaigns day to day, enjoys working with large budgets and wants real ownership across both Paid Search and Paid Social.
You’ll be joining a creative, ambitious team where there’s plenty of opportunity to progress, take on more responsibility and develop into a leadership position.
We’re also open to speaking with strong Senior Paid Media Executives who feel ready to make the move into a Manager level role, as well as more junior team members at Senior Paid Media Executive level who are looking to join a growing team, develop their skills and build towards future progression.

THE BENEFITS

  • Flexible working hours
  • Generous fashion and staff discounts
  • Performance-related bonus scheme
  • Your birthday off
  • Summer and Christmas company events
  • Fun, social and creative office environment
  • Clear career progression opportunities
  • Future line management responsibility
  • Exposure to significant paid media budgets
  • Ownership across multiple platforms and territories
  • Opportunity to influence paid media strategy and future investment
  • Work closely with creative, ecommerce and wider marketing teams

THE PAID MEDIA MANAGER ROLE

As Paid Media Manager, you’ll be very hands-on with the day-to-day management, optimisation and growth of paid activity across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and other relevant channels.
This isn’t a role where you’ll simply oversee an agency or sit at a high level. You’ll be in the accounts, analysing performance, making changes, testing new ideas and identifying opportunities to improve ROI and ROAS.
You’ll take ownership of paid media strategy across multiple territories, ensuring activity remains aligned with commercial goals, customer acquisition targets and cost of sale.
You’ll manage significant budgets and daily pacing, making sure spend is invested effectively across channels, campaigns and key trading periods.
A strong blend of PPC and Paid Social experience would be ideal, although we’re open to candidates whose experience is stronger in one area if they have the technical knowledge and ambition to broaden their skill set.
You’ll lead a structured test-and-learn approach across audiences, creative, keywords, bidding strategies, ad formats and landing pages, using performance data to continually improve results.
Technical knowledge is also important. You’ll get involved with tracking architecture, pixels, events, server-side tracking, CAPI integrations and attribution, helping ensure data is accurate across advertising platforms, analytics tools and backend systems.
You’ll produce clear weekly and monthly reporting, turning complex performance data into practical recommendations for senior stakeholders.
There’s also genuine scope for this position to develop into a people management role as the team continues to grow.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
