Job Title

Our client, a fast-growing premium consumer brand, is looking for a data-driven Paid Performance Manager to join their Ecommerce team, leading the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid media campaigns across all major channels.

About the Role

This role sits at the heart of driving customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth through paid search, paid social, display, video, and programmatic advertising.

Salary

Up to £70k, hybrid from Central London.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing paid media strategy aligned to business goals
  • Managing campaigns directly across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms
  • Planning, launching, monitoring, and optimising campaigns against performance targets
  • Allocating and managing advertising budgets efficiently across channels
  • Keeping all campaigns aligned with brand and messaging guidelines
  • Running A/B tests across audiences, creatives, messaging, bidding strategies, and landing pages
  • Optimising for ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, and conversion rate
  • Building audience segmentation, retargeting, and acquisition strategies
  • Tracking performance through GA4 and platform analytics, and turning it into clear reporting for stakeholders
  • Building forecasting models and budget recommendations from performance data
  • Monitoring attribution models and conversion tracking accuracy
  • Working closely with Creative, Content, CRM, Product, and Sales teams on integrated campaigns
  • Partnering with designers and copywriters to sharpen ad creative and messaging
  • Working with web and CRO teams to improve landing page performance
  • Keeping across digital advertising trends, platform changes, and new tools

Requirements

  • 3-7+ years managing paid media campaigns, with proven results in paid acquisition
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
  • Strong understanding of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
  • Experience managing six-figure or larger ad budgets
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills, with strong Excel/Google Sheets ability
  • Experience with attribution and performance measurement

Good to Have

  • Experience with LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, Microsoft Ads, or programmatic platforms
  • Understanding of SEO, CRO, and wider digital marketing principles
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms
  • Familiarity with Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
  • Background in B2B, ecommerce, SaaS, or lead-generation environments
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field
  • Google Ads, Google Analytics, or Meta Blueprint certification
