ABOUT THE CLIENT

We’re working with a fast-growing premium clothing brand known for its timeless design, quality craftsmanship and modern approach to eCommerce. As the business continues to grow across international markets, they’re looking for an experienced Paid Media Manager to take ownership of their paid acquisition strategy and help drive the next phase of commercial growth.

THE PAID MEDIA MANAGER ROLE

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys combining data, creativity and commercial thinking. You’ll manage and optimise campaigns across Meta and Google, taking responsibility for a monthly advertising budget of £150k–£200k. You’ll develop campaign strategies, analyse performance and identify opportunities to improve traffic, conversions and revenue. Working closely with the wider creative and marketing teams, you’ll also help shape engaging campaign assets that balance strong brand storytelling with measurable performance.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and optimising paid campaigns across Meta and Google
  • Overseeing a £150k–£200k monthly advertising budget
  • Developing campaign strategies aligned with commercial and brand objectives
  • Monitoring campaign performance and identifying optimisation opportunities
  • Running A/B tests across creative, copy, audiences and targeting
  • Collaborating with creative teams to produce engaging, on-brand assets
  • Producing clear reports covering spend, performance and return
  • Keeping up to date with platform developments and industry best practice

PAID MEDIA MANAGER ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • Proven experience managing significant paid media budgets
  • Strong hands-on experience across Meta Ads and Google Ads
  • Excellent analytical and campaign optimisation skills
  • Commercially focused with a strong understanding of conversions, revenue and return
  • Experience developing and executing paid media strategies
  • Confident running A/B tests across creative, copy and targeting
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to balance brand positioning with performance objectives
  • Experience within fashion, luxury retail or premium consumer brands would be beneficial
