We’re working exclusively with an award-winning independent digital marketing agency who are looking for a brilliant Paid Media Manager to join their growing team.

The role
This is a hands-on Paid Media role working across some great B2B clients. You’ll be building, managing and optimising campaigns across:

You’ll own campaigns day-to-day, monitor spend and performance, analyse the data, spot opportunities and make recommendations that genuinely improve results. You’ll initially work closely with a very experienced Paid Media Lead, with the opportunity to develop into more client-facing ownership over time.
You’ll need:
- Around 4+ years' Paid Media experience
- Agency experience - essential
- Strong, hands-on experience across Google, Meta AND LinkedIn
- GA4 + Google Tag Manager experience
- Strong campaign build, optimisation, testing and reporting skills
- To genuinely enjoy the data and performance side of Paid Media
- To be organised, proactive and comfortable juggling multiple accounts
- To be easily commutable to London

Salary: £45,000
