About The Company
A growing independent media agency in Leeds is looking for an ambitious Paid Search Manager ready to take the next step in their career.
With an established international team, an impressive portfolio of clients, and ambitious plans for further growth, the agency offers the chance to step into a leadership role, develop an existing team, and help shape the future of its paid search offering.
You'll work closely with senior leadership, taking ownership of major client accounts while leading and building out the paid search team across international markets.
There's real scope to influence how the department develops, introduce new ideas, and take on greater responsibility as the agency expands.
With a strong focus on internal progression, this is a role for someone looking to move beyond hands-on campaign management and build towards a Head of Paid Search position.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
