Paid Media Manager - 3-6mths+ Contract (London / Hybrid)

I am looking for a Paid Media Manager and experienced digital marketer for a company located near the Farringdon area of London – this is a 4 day onsite role, with 1 day's home working and is a contract with an immediate start till the end of the year initially.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced digital marketer who will support the delivery of our Digital Media Strategy. Working in a small but growing digital team you’ll report into the Acquisition Lead.

You’ll have the opportunity to not only help drive our strategy but be very hands-on within the various platforms to bring the campaigns to life. The ideal candidate will be comfortable using a wide range of Digital channels, and keen to explore and learn new ones.

Previous hands-on experience of managing either Paid Social, Paid Search, or Programmatic accounts is essential. This role would suit someone who’s previously been single-channel and is looking to broaden out to impact the planning, performance, and delivery of multi-channel activation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
