Paid Media Manager

£30,000–£35,000 Fully Remote – UK Based

Love Paid Media? Know your way around Google Ads? Fancy doing it all from the comfort of your own home?

We’re working with a lovely, boutique digital agency that is looking for a Paid Media Manager to join its small but mighty team.

This is a fully remote role, giving you plenty of autonomy, but with that comes trust. They’re looking for someone who can manage their own time, juggle a few different client accounts and generally crack on without needing someone checking in every five minutes.

The agency works with a range of clients, with a particular specialism across the dental and aesthetics space, delivering everything from web and content through to SEO, social and paid media.

And that’s where you come in...

You’ll take ownership of Paid Social and PPC campaigns, managing budgets ranging from around £1k to £50k. There’s a definite bias towards Paid Social, so Meta Ads experience is an absolute must, alongside solid knowledge of Google Ads.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

You’ll be hands-on with campaigns, but they’re looking for more than someone who can simply set them up and keep them running. They want someone who is curious about performance. Someone who spots when something could be working harder, has ideas, makes recommendations and genuinely wants to deliver better results for their clients.

What will you be doing?

  • Managing Paid Social and PPC campaigns across a portfolio of clients.
  • Taking ownership of Meta Ads alongside Google Ads.
  • Building, managing and optimising campaigns.
  • Keeping a close eye on performance and spotting opportunities for improvement.
  • Reporting on results and turning the numbers into useful recommendations.
  • Advising clients on paid media strategy and where their budgets can work harder.
  • Working alongside the wider SEO, social, content and client services team.
  • Managing multiple accounts, deadlines and priorities without dropping any plates.

You’ll need good hands-on experience across Paid Social and PPC, with particularly strong Meta Ads knowledge.

Agency experience would be ideal. You’ll understand what it’s like to have a few different clients wanting your attention and be comfortable moving between campaigns, budgets and priorities.

Personality-wise, this one will suit someone who is a bit of a go-getter. You’ll be proactive, commercially minded and happy taking ownership of your work. You don't need someone mapping out every hour of your day, and if you spot something that could be done better, you'll say so.

In return, you’ll get plenty of autonomy, direct access to the people making the decisions and the opportunity to put your own stamp on paid media within the agency.

A quick but important one: while the role is fully remote, applicants must be based in the UK and already have the right to work in the UK.
