We’re looking for a Senior Paid Media Manager to join a growing B2B agency
This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who knows how to turn paid media into genuine commercial results for B2B clients.
You’ll take ownership of strategy and delivery across a portfolio of accounts, working closely with clients while helping raise the standard of paid media across the agency.

- Leading paid media strategy across a portfolio of B2B clients
- Planning, building and optimising campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Microsoft Ads
- Managing meaningful client budgets with a strong focus on pipeline, leads and ROI

- Running testing programmes across audiences, creative, messaging and landing pages
- Producing clear performance reporting and turning the numbers into actionable recommendations
- Presenting strategy and results directly to senior client stakeholders
- Working alongside content, creative, SEO and wider digital teams

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
