About the job

Paid Media Manager (Contract)

📍 Location: Manchester / Remote (Must be UK based)

đź•’ Start: ASAP

đź“… Duration: 3 months

Introduction

We’re working with a growing international ecommerce business looking for an experienced Paid Media Manager to provide additional support across the peak trading period.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can operate at a senior level while remaining close to the detail. You’ll take ownership across a complex international portfolio, combining day-to-day campaign management with strategic input and recommendations.

The Role

As Paid Media Manager, you’ll work closely with the senior marketing team to oversee paid media activity across multiple international markets. You’ll be expected to drive the accounts rather than simply provide oversight, making recommendations around strategy while also getting into the platforms and executing the work yourself.

The core of the budget currently sits across Google and Meta, with activity also across Pinterest and opportunities to develop YouTube and Snapchat further.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
