Paid Media Manager

We're looking for a Paid Media Manager to lead paid media strategy and execution for our marketing team at our headquarters in Malmesbury.

This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who can move fluently between big-picture strategy and the detail behind the numbers, who is just as comfortable working inside the accounts as directing where they should go. You'll take ownership of paid media performance across channels and international markets, translating commercial KPIs into a clear account strategy, executing and optimising campaigns yourself, and guiding the team members who help deliver it.

Working closely with our Paid Media, Brand and Creative leadership, you'll be the person who understands not just what the numbers say, but why and who uses that insight to shape where the business invests next, while staying close enough to the accounts to act on it directly.

What you'll be doing?

Strategy & Planning

  • Help shape paid media strategy across Google, Meta, Pinterest and other relevant platforms.
  • Translate business goals into channel plans that drive growth.
  • Identify opportunities to scale performance across markets and campaigns.
  • Build and maintain a clear optimisation and testing roadmap.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
