Paid Media Manager

£30,000 – £40,000

Fully Remote – UK Based

Love Paid Media? Strong on Meta Ads, know your way around Google Ads, and fancy doing it all from the comfort of your own home? This could be a good one for you...

Pitch is working with a lovely boutique digital agency that specialises in lead generation for clients across the dental and aesthetics space.

They’re a small, fully remote team, so this role comes with plenty of autonomy and trust. You’ll need to be comfortable managing your own workload, juggling multiple client accounts and taking real ownership of campaign performance.

The role:

There’s a definite Paid Social bias to this one, so strong Meta Ads experience is an absolute must. You’ll also need good working knowledge of Google Ads and, importantly, experience running lead generation campaigns.

You’ll manage a portfolio of client accounts, with budgets ranging from around £1k to £50k, taking campaigns from build through to optimisation and ongoing performance.

They don’t want someone who simply sets campaigns live and watches the numbers. You’ll need to understand why something is or isn’t working, spot opportunities, make changes and continually look for ways to improve results.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

You’ll also look beyond the ad platforms themselves. Understanding the wider customer journey, how leads move through the funnel and what happens when they land in the CRM is really important. Experience with GoHighLevel would be a big advantage.

What will you be doing?

  • Managing Paid Social and PPC campaigns across a portfolio of clients.
  • Taking the lead on Meta Ads alongside Google Ads.
  • Building, managing and continually optimising campaigns.
  • Monitoring performance and proactively spotting opportunities for improvement.
  • Understanding the full lead journey, including CRM and funnel performance.
  • Reporting on results and turning data into clear recommendations.
  • Advising clients on strategy and where their budgets can work harder.
  • Working closely with the wider SEO, social, content and client services team.
  • Managing multiple accounts, deadlines and priorities without dropping any plates!

Who are we looking for?

Agency experience is essential for this one. You’ll be used to having multiple clients wanting your attention and comfortable switching between campaigns, budgets and priorities.

Your experience also needs to include lead generation, rather than being purely eCommerce focused.

You’ll be hands-on, proactive and commercially minded, with strong Paid Social experience and a good understanding of PPC.

Naturally curious, you’ll keep up with what’s changing across Paid Media, including new technology and how AI is shaping the space — but you’ll also know that good Paid Media still needs someone who understands the numbers, asks the right questions and knows when something needs changing.

A quick but important one: while the role is fully remote, you must be UK-based and already have the right to work in the UK.
