Proximity Recruitment: Paid Media Manager
Proximity Recruitment are searching for a dynamic Paid Media Manager (circa £50,000 + Bonus + Benefits) for a successful, consumer products business in Nottinghamshire.
The role is 2 days a week in the office and works closely with the Digital Acquisition Lead to develop PPC best practice, lead discussions with internal stakeholders, ensure progress & performance is reported regularly.
Responsibilities
- Develop, plan and implement a comprehensive digital advertising strategy tailored to the company’s objectives of driving traffic & generating revenue.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of paid campaigns (Google, Bing & Meta), including budget allocation, bid management & ad copy creative optimisation.
- Utilise all available data to seek out gaps and new opportunities.
- Perform keyword research & content gap analysis to identify & optimise content & monitor the performance of keywords to maximise ROI.
- Develop and present detailed reports on campaign performance, including ROAS, conversions, revenue & other KPIs to stakeholders.
- Conduct A/B testing on various campaign elements to identify the best-performing paid strategies.
- Work closely with the content, brand & product teams to ensure that content is optimised for search engines.
- Develop and execute effective outreach & link building strategies to build effective backlink strategies & enhance domain authority and rankings.
- Monitor & analyse daily performance metrics with tools such as GA4 and GSC.
- Analyse website data & also the paid search data to identify insights & keyword trends.
- Analyse competitor campaigns & market trends to identify opportunities & insights.
