Paid Media Manager: Meta, TikTok and Google Execution, Data and Targets, at a Fast-Growing, Highly Creative Performance Agency
๐ Location: London/Hybrid (office/team culture is vital)
๐ฐ Salary: DOE (the right person matters more than the band)
๐ Type: Permanent or Freelance-to-Perm
About the Role
We're working with a creative-led growth agency serving e-commerce brands in fashion, beauty, and wellness. Paid social, paid search, and performance creative, all in one team.
They run two-week cycles. Every campaign gets a goal CPA set from the client's profitability. What hits it earns spend and richer creative. What misses gets cut.
This role lives in the ad accounts. You build, launch, pace, and optimize. You set targets, hit them, then push past them. You're part of the growth team, in the accounts daily, and working with creative every cycle.
What you learn in the numbers shapes what gets made next, and what gets made next is what earns the attention your targets depend on. Short-term results and long-term brand aren't a trade-off here. The whole premise is that the second delivers the first.
What You'll Do
- Build and launch campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google to each account's goal CPA
- Pace budgets and targets daily, optimizing towards the target every day
- Run cost-cap tests inside the two-week cycle and make scale or kill calls on the numbers
- Keep a clean test log and feed learnings back to creative every cycle
- Know where every account sits against target, every day, and flag risk early
- Write the weekly report: what we did, what happened, the plan for next week
- Keep accounts clean: naming, tracking, pixel and Conversions API, catalogues, exclusions
- Catch problems before the client does: spend drops, rejections, broken tracking

Iโm in my final year doing Economics and I donโt know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer โ it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donโt need a masters. Letโs look at the ones youโd be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet โ that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
