📍 London (3 days office based)
đź’¸ Up to ÂŁ65,000 + 10% Bonus

We're working with a leading media brand in London that's investing heavily in its subscription growth strategy and building out their in-house acquisition function. With paid media moving in-house, this is a unique opportunity to join at the beginning of an exciting new chapter.

As the Paid Media Manager, you'll take ownership of paid acquisition campaigns across key digital channels, driving subscriber growth through data-led decision making, continuous testing and performance optimisation.

About the Role:

  • Plan, launch and optimise paid search and paid social campaigns across Meta & Google
  • Manage campaign performance from briefing through to optimisation
  • Analyse acquisition data to identify growth opportunities
  • Work closely with CRO, Product, Brand and Editorial teams
  • Test new audiences, creatives and emerging paid media channels

About You:

  • Strong hands-on technical paid media experience - Meta & Google
  • Background in SaaS, Subscription, Digital Consumer, Agency or Media would be great
  • Proven track record of optimising campaigns towards conversion
  • Analytical mindset with confidence interpreting performance data
  • Comfortable communicating with senior stakeholders
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial, ability to work at speed
