Paid Media Manager – B2B Lead Generation
Location: London – Hybrid
Employment Type: Full-time
The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Paid Media Manager to manage and grow paid campaigns for a portfolio of B2B lead generation clients.
You’ll own strategy, execution, and optimisation across Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, with a focus on generating high-quality leads, opportunities, and pipeline — not just clicks and low CPLs.
This is a hands-on role combining campaign management, performance analysis, and client relationships.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
- Develop paid media strategies around clients’ ICPs, commercial goals, and sales funnels.
- Manage budgets and identify opportunities to improve performance and scale.
- Analyse performance across CPL, lead quality, MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline.
- Run ongoing tests across targeting, creative, messaging, keywords, and landing pages.
- Use GA4, GTM, and CRM data to understand campaign performance beyond the initial conversion.
- Produce clear, commercially focused reporting and recommendations.
- Lead client conversations around performance, strategy, and next steps.
- Work closely with creative, content, and wider marketing teams to improve results.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
