Paid Media Manager – B2B
Location: London – 3 days per week in the office
Salary: £45,000 per annum
Employment Type: Full-time
About the Role
We’re looking for a talented and commercially minded Paid Media Manager to join our growing B2B marketing team.
This is a hands-on role for someone who knows how to build, manage and optimise paid media campaigns that generate high-quality leads and contribute directly to business growth. You’ll take ownership of paid acquisition across key channels, using data and insight to continuously improve performance.
You’ll work closely with the wider marketing, content and sales teams to ensure our paid media activity is aligned with broader business objectives and delivers measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute B2B paid media strategies across channels including LinkedIn, Google Ads and other relevant platforms
- Own day-to-day campaign management, optimisation and performance
- Manage budgets effectively, ensuring spend is aligned with commercial objectives
- Build and test audiences, creatives, messaging and landing pages
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve CPL, conversion rates and overall ROI
- Analyse campaign data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Work closely with content and creative teams to develop high-performing ad assets
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion
- Produce regular performance reports and communicate results clearly to stakeholders
- Stay up to date with changes in paid media platforms, B2B advertising trends and best practice
- Continuously test new approaches, channels and targeting strategies to drive growth

We’re looking for someone who is analytical, commercially focused and hands-on, with a strong understanding of B2B paid media.
- Proven experience managing paid media campaigns in a B2B environment
- Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads
- A solid understanding of paid acquisition, lead generation and conversion funnels
- Experience managing and optimising meaningful media budgets
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with campaign data
- A test-and-learn mindset with a genuine focus on performance
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A commercial mindset and an understanding of how marketing activity contributes to revenue
