Paid Media Manager
Manchester | Hybrid (3 days in the office) | Up to £35,000

We're looking for a Paid Media Manager who's passionate about digital marketing, driven by performance, and excited by the opportunity to help ambitious D2C brands grow.
If you love analysing data, testing new ideas, and creating campaigns that deliver real commercial results, this could be the perfect next step in your career.
You'll manage a portfolio of exciting eCommerce and D2C clients, working across some of the world's biggest advertising platforms while collaborating with a talented team that's passionate about delivering exceptional results.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage paid media campaigns across a portfolio of fast-growing D2C brands.
- Plan, launch and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Microsoft Ads and other paid platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets and KPIs, making data-led decisions to maximise ROI.
- Build strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates, insights and recommendations.
- Carry out A/B testing and identify opportunities to improve campaign performance.
- Work closely with our Creative, SEO, CRM and CRO teams to deliver integrated growth strategies.
- Stay on top of platform updates and industry trends, bringing fresh ideas to both clients and the team.
- Support the development of junior team members and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing culture.

What We're Looking For
You're curious, analytical and always looking for ways to improve performance.
You'll ideally have:
- Around 2+ years' experience managing paid media campaigns in an agency or in-house environment.
- Experience across Google Ads and Meta Ads, with exposure to platforms such as TikTok or Microsoft Ads being a bonus.
- Experience working with D2C or eCommerce brands is desirable.
- A solid understanding of campaign optimisation, reporting and performance metrics.
- Familiarity with GA4, conversion tracking and attribution.
- Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with clients.
- A proactive attitude, great attention to detail and a genuine passion for digital marketing.
