The Role

We are looking for a Paid Media Manager to join our Digital Marketing team. Reporting to the Head of Paid Media, you will support the planning, delivery and optimisation of paid media campaigns while working closely with clients, account managers and internal creative teams. The role is rooted in PPC and performance marketing, with the opportunity to develop broader experience across paid social, video and other digital media channels.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is confident managing day-to-day campaign activity across paid search, display, remarketing and video. This role is ideal for someone with hands‑on PPC experience who’s ready to take ownership of campaign execution while learning cross‑channel paid media. You will be responsible for delivering campaigns accurately, monitoring performance and using data to improve results, with strategic direction and support from the Head of Paid Media.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Google Ads suite, a keen eye for detail and a genuine interest in improving campaign performance and return on ad spend (ROAS). Strong Excel skills, confidence analysing campaign data and practical experience with Google Analytics are also important.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, launch and manage paid media campaigns across platforms including Google Ads.
  • Support the delivery of campaigns across paid search, display, remarketing, video and Performance Max.
  • Manage campaign budgets, bids, targeting, placements and ad schedules in line with agreed client objectives.
  • Monitor campaign performance regularly and make practical optimisations to improve engagement, conversion rates and efficiency.
  • Ensure campaigns are implemented accurately and follow internal processes and platform best practices.
  • Use performance data to improve ROAS, cost per acquisition, lead quality and other agreed key performance indicators.
  • Complete regular account reviews, checks and optimisations to ensure campaigns remain on track.
  • Build and optimise campaigns across multiple regions and languages where required.
  • Work with colleagues, clients and translation partners to ensure campaign messaging is appropriate for each market.
  • Adapt campaign activity in response to local performance trends, audience behaviour and market differences.
  • Produce clear and accurate campaign reports, performance summaries and actionable insights.
  • Work with the Head of Paid Media to translate wider client objectives into effective campaign activity.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to develop effective campaign assets, including copy, images and video.
  • Prepare clear creative briefs based on campaign objectives, platform requirements and performance insights.
  • Support and maintain relationships, communication with external media owners when required

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
