Role Overview

We’re looking for a commercially driven Paid Media Manager to lead digital performance across a luxury hotel portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity for a digital marketing specialist who understands how to turn data, insight and creativity into measurable commercial results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimise digital marketing strategies aligned to commercial objectives
  • Lead paid digital activity across Paid Search, Performance Max, Paid Social, Display and Metasearch
  • Work closely with the Director of Marketing and digital agency partners to develop and execute effective paid digital strategies
  • Manage digital marketing budgets across direct channels and third-party platforms
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyse data and identify opportunities to improve conversion, acquisition costs and overall digital performance
  • Support hotel teams with F&B campaigns and local digital advertising
  • Identify opportunities to continually improve digital performance and return on investment

Required Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in a digital marketing or paid media role, ideally within hospitality, travel or leisure sector
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Paid Search, Performance Max, Paid Social, Display and Metasearch
  • Understanding of the hotel booking journey and the importance of driving direct bookings and reducing reliance on third-party channels
  • Experience managing and optimising significant digital marketing budgets
  • Highly analytical, commercially aware and comfortable interpreting performance data

About You

You will be a commercially focused digital marketer with strong experience managing paid media campaigns and budgets. You will be comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and agency partners, and confident using data to make informed decisions.
