Job Title: Paid Media Manager, International
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Paid Media Manager, International based in United Kingdom.
This is a high-impact international growth role focused on building and scaling paid media across multiple global markets.
You will own the paid acquisition engine across the UK, EU, Canada, and Australia/New Zealand, with a particular focus on launching and expanding Meta and Google campaigns.
Rather than simply setting strategy, you will be deeply hands-on, building campaigns, measurement systems, testing frameworks, and market-specific playbooks yourself.
You will manage significant media investment while balancing customer acquisition costs, lifetime value, and contribution margin.
The role offers the opportunity to shape international growth from the ground up and determine which markets and channels should scale next.
You will work closely with creative, product, and lifecycle teams across countries and time zones in a high-trust, remote environment.
As proven performance creates scale, you will also help build the specialist team, workflows, and operating model needed for long-term international growth.
Accountabilities
- Launch, manage, and scale Meta and Google paid media campaigns across priority international markets, including the UK, Canada, Australia/New Zealand, and key European markets such as Germany.
- Own paid media measurement end to end, including Conversion API (CAPI), GA4, GDPR-compliant tracking, incrementality testing, and lift testing.
- Manage substantial annual advertising investment, scaling spend into the millions while protecting CAC, LTV/CAC, and contribution margin.
- Build a repeatable testing engine covering creative concepts, audiences, offers, campaign structures, and localized landing pages.
- Adapt campaigns and acquisition strategies to the specific dynamics, customer behaviors, and competitive environments of individual international markets.
- Partner closely with creative, product, and lifecycle teams to ensure fast, effective execution across markets.
- Develop repeatable campaign frameworks, operating processes, and playbooks that can be scaled across countries.
- Own the quarterly international growth roadmap, including recommendations for entering new markets and testing additional acquisition channels.
- Establish the foundation for a future paid media specialist team, including hiring plans, workflows, and potential vendor models once performance is established.
- Make data-informed decisions in situations where historical performance data may be limited, refining strategies as additional insights become available.
- Collaborate effectively with a distributed team across multiple countries and time zones, maintaining appropriate overlap for real-time communication.
- Participate in occasional international team meetings and offsites.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

- Strong technical understanding of paid media measurement and GDPR-compliant tracking, including CAPI, GA4, and incrementality testing.
- Background in a high-growth DTC, subscription, or eCommerce business where paid acquisition is a critical growth driver.

- Ability to collaborate across multiple time zones with some required overlap in working hours.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally occasionally for team meetings or offsites.
