We’re working with a well-established, design-led interiors brand based in Leeds. They are a growing business that is bringing its paid media activity in-house following a period of working with an external agency. They are looking for an experienced Paid Media Manager to take ownership of their paid media strategy, performance and day-to-day account management across multiple channels.
This is a broad, hands-on role for someone who can operate at both strategic and executional level — developing the overall paid media strategy while also being comfortable getting into the platforms, managing campaigns, optimising performance and reporting on results.
You will take ownership of an annual paid media budget of approximately £800k, across two Google Ads accounts, Microsoft/Bing Ads, Meta and TikTok.
The Role
- Take full ownership of the company's paid media strategy and performance, managing an annual budget of c.£800k.
- Develop and implement an integrated paid media strategy across Google Ads, Microsoft/Bing, Meta and TikTok.
- Manage two Google Ads accounts, ensuring campaigns are structured effectively and continuously optimised.
- Own the day-to-day management of paid search activity including PPC, Shopping, Performance Max, remarketing and other relevant campaign formats.
- Manage paid social campaigns across Meta and TikTok, from campaign planning and audience targeting through to optimisation and performance analysis.
- Take campaigns end-to-end, including planning, set-up, audience development, budget allocation, optimisation, testing and reporting.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance, identifying opportunities to improve ROAS, CPA, conversion rates and overall return on investment.
- Own budget management and allocation across channels, making data-led decisions on where investment should be increased or reduced.
- Develop and manage a structured programme of A/B testing and experimentation across creative, audiences, messaging, landing pages and campaign formats.
- Work closely with internal marketing, ecommerce, creative and commercial teams to align paid activity with wider business objectives.
- Translate commercial objectives into effective paid media strategies and campaigns.
- Analyse performance data and provide clear, commercially focused insight and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Build and maintain paid media reporting and dashboards, providing visibility of performance, spend and ROI.
- Manage tracking, attribution and conversion measurement, working with relevant internal teams or external partners where required.
- Stay up to date with changes across Google, Microsoft, Meta and TikTok platforms, identifying new opportunities for growth.
- Support the transition of paid media activity from the existing agency in-house, taking ownership of accounts, processes, reporting and ongoing optimisation.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
