Paid Media Manager
We are working exclusively with a growing UK fashion and e-commerce business to recruit a Paid Media Manager. With an established presence across major online retail platforms and ambitious plans for continued growth, the business is looking for a commercially focused digital marketer to strengthen its customer acquisition activity. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced team and take ownership of paid media performance across multiple channels.
Role responsibilities
- Own and deliver the paid media roadmap across Google Ads, Meta and other relevant advertising platforms.
- Translate commercial objectives into effective campaign plans, managing budgets, targeting, and channel performance.
- Drive customer acquisition and revenue through the planning, launch, and ongoing refinement of paid search and paid social activity.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency, scale successful activity, and maximise return on investment.
- Partner with creative and e-commerce teams to develop, test, and improve advertising content, audiences, and landing pages.
- Use performance data to guide decisions, assess results, and communicate recommendations to internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate campaign activity around seasonal launches, promotions, product availability, and wider trading priorities.
- Ensure robust tracking and reporting, while keeping up to date with platform changes and developments in digital advertising.

Role requirements
- Demonstrable experience managing paid search and paid social campaigns in a commercial or agency environment.
- Strong practical knowledge of Google Ads, Google Shopping, and Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience overseeing budgets, campaign optimisation, and performance reporting across multiple digital channels.
- A sound understanding of customer acquisition, ROAS, CPA, conversion rates, and wider e-commerce KPIs.
- Comfortable using analytics and reporting tools to turn performance data into clear actions.
- Experience with additional platforms such as TikTok or Pinterest is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with creative, commercial, and e-commerce teams.
- A proactive, analytical, and results-driven approach, with the confidence to take ownership of campaigns from planning through to delivery.
- Previous experience in fashion, retail, or another fast-moving consumer-facing business would be beneficial.
