Maternity Cover | Full-Time | London / Hybrid

Twenty-Fifth Media is a fast-growing performance marketing agency specialising in beauty, health and wellness. We partner with ambitious, culturally relevant brands to drive growth through paid media, TikTok Shop and creator-led commerce. Working across Meta, Google and TikTok, we combine performance marketing expertise with a deep understanding of creative, consumer behaviour and the rapidly evolving world of social commerce.

We’re looking for an experienced Paid Media Manager to join our team on a maternity cover contract, taking ownership of a portfolio of client accounts across Meta Ads and Google Ads.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role for someone who is commercially minded, highly analytical and genuinely understands how beauty and e-commerce brands grow.

You’ll be trusted to own performance, identify opportunities, communicate directly with clients and turn data into clear actions that drive profitable growth.

The Role

You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day management and strategic direction of paid media accounts across Meta and Google, covering everything from campaign planning and launches to optimisation, creative testing, reporting and client communication.

Our clients are predominantly within beauty, wellness and e-commerce, so understanding the consumer is just as important as understanding the platforms.

Great performance isn’t simply about what happens inside Ads Manager. We’re looking for someone who can identify winning creative, understand customer journeys, recognise hero products and commercial opportunities, and translate performance data into meaningful growth strategies.

You’ll work closely with our wider team across paid media, creative, TikTok Shop and affiliates to deliver a joined-up approach to growth.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Media Management

  • Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads
  • Own campaign setup, structure, targeting, bidding, budgets and ongoing optimisation
  • Manage activity across prospecting, acquisition, retargeting and retention
  • Work across Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max and other relevant campaign formats
  • Monitor account performance closely and proactively identify opportunities, risks and areas for improvement
  • Scale winning campaigns while maintaining agreed ROAS, CPA/CAC and profitability targets
  • Effectively manage client budgets across channels and campaigns
  • Support tracking, attribution and measurement across GA4, Meta Pixel/CAPI and Google Ads conversion tracking

Strategy & Growth

  • Develop paid media strategies aligned with each client’s commercial and growth objectives
  • Build clear testing roadmaps across audiences, creative, messaging, offers, landing pages and campaign structures
  • Identify opportunities to increase spend and scale accounts profitably
  • Understand the wider e-commerce picture, including AOV, CVR, CAC, ROAS, revenue and profitability
  • Identify product-level opportunities, including hero SKUs, new launches, bundles and promotional activity
  • Understand how Meta and Google work alongside TikTok, TikTok Shop, creators, affiliates and organic social
  • Stay ahead of platform changes, trends and new opportunities, proactively bringing relevant recommendations to clients

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Agency experience is highly desirable.

Previous experience working with beauty, skincare, cosmetics, haircare, wellness, fashion or consumer e-commerce brands would be a strong advantage.

You’ll Be a Great Fit If...

  • You’re commercially minded and care about the client’s overall growth, rather than simply managing campaigns.

  • You’re naturally proactive. If performance drops, you investigate why. If something is working, you look for ways to scale it. If an account needs new creative, you identify it and communicate it before it becomes a problem.

  • You understand that creative and media go hand in hand, particularly within beauty, and you’re comfortable giving clear direction on what should be tested next.

  • You’re also comfortable working in a fast-moving agency environment, managing multiple priorities and collaborating closely with a small, ambitious team.

Above all, you’re someone we can trust to take ownership, communicate clearly and keep our clients moving forward.

Why Twenty-Fifth Media?

You’ll have the opportunity to work with exciting, fast-growing brands at the intersection of beauty, performance marketing and social commerce.

As a specialist agency, you’ll have genuine ownership of your accounts and visibility across the full customer journey from paid acquisition and creative to creators, TikTok Shop, affiliates and wider e-commerce performance.

You’ll join a collaborative team where ideas are encouraged, performance matters and you’ll have the opportunity to make a genuine impact on the brands you work with.

For this maternity cover, we’re looking for someone who can step in confidently, build strong relationships with our clients and continue delivering the high standard of strategic and performance-led work they expect from Twenty-Fifth Media.
