About us
Influence Digital is an award-winning creative and performance marketing agency, founded in 2009 as a leading social agency for the music industry. Since then, we’ve grown into a team of 50+ digital specialists working across music, film, entertainment, culture, travel, technology, consumer brands and not-for-profit.
We bring together insight, strategy, creative and performance marketing to create work that delivers meaningful results for our clients. Our paid media team works across paid social, PPC, programmatic, digital out-of-home, CTV and video, tailoring strategies to different audiences, objectives and stages of the funnel.
We believe in being more than just an agency. We work as an extension of our clients’ teams, combining expertise with curiosity, collaboration and a genuine desire to make a difference. We’re also passionate about using technology and new approaches to make our work smarter and more effective — including exploring the potential of AI across our services.
The Role
We are looking for a Paid Media Manager to join our incredible Paid Media Team, responsible for devising and delivering innovative paid media strategies and campaigns across social, search and programmatic platforms.
The Paid Media Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of key client accounts, from developing media strategies and managing budgets through to campaign activation, optimisation, reporting and analysis. You’ll be hands-on across campaigns while also supporting more junior members of the team, sharing knowledge and helping to drive best practice.
We work with an exciting and broad roster of clients, giving you the opportunity to work across a wide range of audiences, objectives and industries. You’ll work closely with our Creative, Account Management and Strategy teams to develop integrated campaigns, and will have the opportunity to test new platforms, formats, audiences, technologies and approaches.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

We’re looking for someone who is strategic, commercially minded and highly analytical, but who also enjoys getting into the detail of campaign activation and optimisation. You should be confident working across both paid social and search, with particularly strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads.
This is a hybrid role, with some requirement to be in the office at our East London HQ in Shoreditch.
We're looking for...
- Someone with 3+ years’ experience working within a Paid Media team, ideally in an agency environment, with in-platform paid media buying experience across Meta, TikTok, X, LinkedIn and Snap, alongside digital channels such as Google and programmatic.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads, including campaign planning, build and optimisation across relevant campaign types, with a strong understanding of search, Performance Max and the wider Google ecosystem.
- Experience planning and delivering full-funnel paid media strategies across multiple platforms, with experience managing both large and small budgets and campaigns across different timeframes.
- Experience working across both performance and brand-focused campaigns, with a strong understanding of how paid media can support different stages of the customer journey.
- Proven experience delivering against lower-funnel objectives, including CPA, ROAS and conversion targets, alongside awareness and engagement KPIs.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret campaign performance data, identify opportunities and turn insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
- A proactive approach to campaign management and optimisation, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities while ensuring deadlines and KPIs are met.
- A track record of developing and implementing testing frameworks across audiences, creative, platforms, formats and bidding strategies to generate insight and improve performance.
- An in-depth understanding of pixel, conversion and UTM tracking, including implementation and troubleshooting across platforms, and experience analysing conversion and Google Analytics data.
- Experience using AI tools to support paid media planning, buying, optimisation or reporting. We’re particularly interested in people who are curious about how AI can make our workflows more efficient, improve analysis and help us deliver better work.
- Strong communication skills, with the confidence to clearly communicate campaign strategies, performance and recommendations to both internal teams and clients.
- Demonstrated success in managing multiple stakeholders and building strong, trusted relationships with clients.
- An ability to think creatively about client and campaign challenges, working collaboratively with the wider team to develop innovative approaches.
- Experience working with integrated reporting dashboards and turning performance data into meaningful stories and recommendations.
- Experience supporting or delivering new business pitches, including contributing to media strategies, channel recommendations and presentations.
- A willingness to support the development of more junior team members through knowledge sharing, training and day-to-day guidance.
- An ability to problem solve whilst staying calm under pressure and manage competing priorities effectively.
- A clear communicator who is responsive, collaborative, open and honest at all times.
- An interest in the wider digital media landscape, with a desire to stay up to date with platform developments, new formats, emerging channels, AI and industry trends.
- Someone who is keen to contribute to department processes and ways of working, helping us improve efficiency, quality and the overall impact of our work.
